Using The Internet in IT

    This might sound kinda stupid but,

    Can I view any website/message board/forum on the internet in IT Sligo?

    I don't know about 'any', but I can view Boards and other sites, etc. with no problem. Just avoid the porn!:P

    Yea basically, and downloading torrentz/warez. The AUP states that the IT can track anything you view/download, although I'm not too sure that it's fully enforced myself.

    So basically, IT Services won't bother you unless you view porn or illegally download music on the Internet. lol

    Basically yup. I'm not saying to do any of those, I was just pointing out I don't know how strictly enforced the rules are.

    exactly. from my experience (2004-2008), you only get a warning if somebody reports you. a certon well known boards poster sent "tubgirl" to a few thousand people from my email account......needles to say i had to pay a fine!
