Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Turbo trainer podcasts

    Hi,

I've been doing turbo classes for the last 3/4 weeks and getting on really well. They are one hour classes including warm up and cool down. I finish them in a lather of sweat but feeling great.

I bought my own turbo trainer at the weekend and set it up tonight in the kitchen. I downloaded a training session from the web and it was pure torture and nearly killed me. I gave up after half an hour, feeling faint and wanting to vomit. Now obviously this session must have been intended for more high level athletes as the sessions were very intense and the recovery intervals very short.

Can anyone recommend somewhere I can download some turbo trainer podcasts aimed at lower levels. I can find lots of plans but very few of them are podcasts.

    Thanks
