    Yes robrad30, on my Infurn account page beside where it had the week delivery which on my account had changed to week 8 they put up a tracking no. when you clicked on it it brought you to a dhl page and you can follow its progress. it had arrived in ireland on friday so i knew it was coming either today or tomorrow. you wont get an email to tell you that you have a tracking number, you just have to keep checking your account

    Yeah according to my infurn account mine is due to be delivered by week 7, but unfortunately still no tracking number. Im glad yours arrived and that you're happy with it though! That gives me some hope at least!

    Not sure if you saw previous posts but they seem to be sending out the beanbags on a colour by colour basis so it depends on the order they are doing them

    Yeah I've been told by both Infurn and Groupon that the black, white and a few other colours were going out today at the latest (mine is black). But you know yourself, the goal posts have moved so many times with this that I'll believe it when I see it!

    On the 28th of Jan I rang up Groupon to cancel my order. They refunded me straight away but they advised me that, whilst they would contact Infurn on my behalf regarding the refund for the shipping, I ought to contact Infurn directly also. I did so straight away and received an automated response. Then on the 31st I received this from Infurn
    [FONT=Candara, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]Groupon has informed us of your cancellation.
    We are sorry that you have chosen to cancel your order, but we will of course process your request and refund the shipping costs as soon as possible.

    I've just checked my account and I've still yet to receive the refund. Does anyone know for sure whether they've actually received a refund from Infurn?

    My green beanbag just arrived yesterday with An Post, still waiting for Red one, have a DHL tracking ID but link not working at the mo. It is huge .. my little lady was lost on it :D Ordered 11th of Nov ...:mad:

    How long have you had a tracking ID on your Infurn account before the thing was delivered? Also, did you order through Groupon?

    Hey Rob,

    Not sure long have I've had a tracking ID on Infurn account, I had pretty much forgot about it since Christmas.

    It was not there a couple of weeks ago (27/01/2012) when I checked after getting the email from Groupon "We apologise for the delay in delivery of your BigBoy Giant Beanbag. Your product is due to arrive on or no later than Friday 24th February 2012 ". The "Delivery Time" had changed to week "Calender week 08"

    I did order through Groupon, hoping the Red one comes soon, there is a "Tracking ID" for that also.

    Yeah, mine still says calendar week 7, but thats not looking very likely. Have you tried using your tracking code with a few different shipping companies? From what I've read it looks like they are using multiple shipping companies to get these things sent out.

    received mine on monday by fed ex after waiting since beg of nov 2011. very very big takes up a lot of room., material very shiny. but good as you can wipe clean. lots and lots of balls in fact so many you sit in it and it hardly dents. me and my little boy been playing on it all day and he fell asleep on it.

    all in all i would say well worth the wait.

    my tracking code took me straight to fed ex where i could seen the whole history of dispatch

    Received my red bean bag today - thrilled it has finally arrrive, been waiting since end of Nov....didnt have a tracking number and it was scheduled to be delivered week 8 which is next week - surprise :D

    What colour had you ordered dowcar? I'm a little confused by my dealings with Infurn over the last few days. I got a call from the Sonia woman who seems to be calling people who leave reviews on trustpilot. According to her, my colour (black) was in stock in Germany and would be shipped ASAP with my order getting priority etc. That was on Wednesday. I recieved an email this morning from Infurn however telling me my order had been shipped last Monday. I reckon someone is spoofing to me....or both seeing as it's Infurn!

    I was told I would get a refund from Infurn for P+P after recieving the same confirmation of cancellation email, I rang/emailed several times to infurn saying that i had not recieved by refund, it wasnt until i put a post on trustpilot about infurn that i had a phone call apologising and that the refund was on its way

    so maybe try that, ive now had the refund, and i ordered another bean bag via buyyourbeanbags.co.uk using a groupon voucher for the same price, recieved the bean bag within 2 weeks and its perfect, with a zip so can refill the bag with more beans or wash the bag easily.

    Who? Infurn or Groupon? I'm more annoyed with Groupon than Infurn.

    I've already noticed a user on the groupon page on facebook is compaining that she ordered the big bertha bean bags 2 weeks ago and got an email that she will be waiting 6 weeks now. The new beanbags we are being offered are called big bertha too so I assume its the same company that she ordered from through groupon. We were told in our email that we would get them in 4 weeks.... I can't believe anthing groupon say now!:mad:

    How has this turned into such a saga? I was actually talking to Sonia <SNIP> from Infurn today at about 2pm, and guess what? Not even a mention that the orders were going to be cancelled. Make sure to leave a review on trustpilot because this company is beyond a joke. I've never experienced such absolute disregard as blatant dishonesty from a company.

    Good News!!

    Eventually got my delivery charges refunded from Groupon- Thanks to Sonia <SNIP>.

    I ordered a Bean bag off " direct bean bags". I ordered it Tuesday and I had it on Friday morning. Its huge- 180 x 140cm. I got black but its available in blue, pink, red & green also. Free delivery and got it for 119euro. normally 139e.

    Can put up pics if ye are interested ?

    I ordered the beanbag from the new company this morning. The colour selection is poor but I'm so sick of groupon that I just ordered one anyway. I had an email from groupon telling me to try the code again as it seemed to work for them. It would be nice of them to acknowlege that it was their fault the code was not working and not mine. So I'm going to get a Smaller beanbag in a colour I didn't want, 5 months later. I can safely say that will be my last purchase from groupon!

    Just been on the phone to groupon trying to get a code for this new deal.

    I can only assume I was being charged as the person on the line would not take my groupon code or reference number to search for my purchase and instead insisted on searching by my name. (Despite the fact that previous emails to groupon were responded to with details of my purchase from simply the groupon code)

    This call went on for 15 minutes with them pretending to be searching in vain for my order, and ended with them asking for the last four digits of my card number, and as they couldnt find it with that they would need the long number and some other card details, as i've already been screwed over enough by these people, providing them with my card details was the last thing I need so ended the call.

    I've never had a call that seemed so fraudulent in my life, there is no reason why someone should need your long card number or security code to search for an order, and i'm also fairly sure that a call centre agent should not be able to view my card details, so I would advise anyone to be very wary when dealing with these people.

    I'm afraid at this stage i'm going to have to just admit defeat and give up on receiving anything or getting a refund.

    Defo go onto " trust pilot" and leave a msg for Sonia Harris. She is very good and hopefully she should get it sorted for you asap.
