24Mb ngb speed

    Hi all.

    I've been on the 24 Mbit ngb package for about a month now.
    Speedtests are giving me about a 10 Mbit download speed,
    so I'm getting a MAX effective download speed of about 1.2 MB/s.

    Seems to me I should be able to reach at least twice this.

    I'd really appreciate if one of you folks could have a look at my line from your end and see if there's any way it coulld be improved.
