shelf life/best before - testing?

    Hi all,
    Im wondering does anyone have any recommendations of companies that could offer a cheap quote in terms of getting a best before date for my food product.

    Any help would be really great.

    edit: just to add a little more detail, I dont think my product is higly perishable or dangerous in terms of use by date (involves peanuts). So as far as I know I dont have to have a use by date. Just a best before date. Im wondering is it possible that I could just determine that myself or must I still go down the route of a certified lab?
