Flight promo codes

Starting to look up flights to fly back home for christmas. Trying to get cheap flights and each airline seems to have a place to enter promotional codes, but wouldn't really know where to find them. Anyone know of any promo codes at the minute? Looking at flying with Ryanair, Aer Lingus and BMI Baby and not holding onto…
