So, I've convinced the boss that paying for 6 months worth of a BF3 server is a good idea and I've just sorted it all out. I've purchased a 48 man server with a 64 man Mumble voice server attached from Multiplay.co.uk. populated nearly every night from 8-9pm onwards...

It's only a 20 slot so we might need to kick people for paying members but so far I think we had to do it only once.
