BF3 Match TiG vs Boards, or mixed teams?

    Are there enough Boards.ie players to play say an 8 v 8 vs TiG? We can do boards vs TiG or mixed set teams?

    Would need at least 8 v 8, or more if possible. We have a match server we can password etc so theres no issue there. Would like to play a map on Conquest Small and then on Rush. Anyone interested.

    N1 lads. As said we can do mixed teams, even on a public server so others can join in. Will one of you see how many boardsies you can get and we'll try and organise for tomorrow night?

    Shall we say provisionally tomorrow night at 10PM for around 8 v 8 players. Do you want boards vs tig or mixed? Remember this is just for lols so everyone should play with that in mind.

    if its for lols! I say we should do it mixed.

    Unless you want to do multiple rounds and we could do boards vs tig then mixed and then mixed again in another way?

    game mode: conquest?

    map?

    for 8 v 8 I'd vote for Seine Crossing or Grand Bazzar

    edit: crap I got to buy a new headset, stood on mine the other night :(

    Main interest is in getting some decent team work going to see how the game plays. What about 1 map over the 2 modes.

    Seine Crossing in rush first and then in Conquest, boards vs tig 8 v8 , with player changes allowed as and when needed, ie to allow more than 8 to play if thats the case.

    If this works we could do a map a week on a Wed night maybe?

    config?

    -squad spawning or on leader?

    -kill cam?

    -hardcore/normal?

    -3d spotting?

    etc?

    Keep it simple to start with, everything as you would normally find on a public server.

    not really for rules or anything, its just a lot of people have responded so it looks like its going to be more then 8. So it's easier to add a small bit of formality with who is def up for it. And knowing classess might help people squad up better (cant have 3 engies and sniper on one squad and 3 supports and an assault in another.)

    If over subscribed we can do it on our public server and allow joe public to fill the other slots. Server could be stopped and then restarted allowing everyone to join and then start.
