My Eircom Log in problems

    Hi I am a new customer to eircom. I signed up to myeircom to check my bills etc. I was able to view the site when I logged in the first time but since then I am getting the error "this account is not active or has been disabled". I have talked to eircom rep online but has been no, just told me to email the webmaster which I did and have got no replies from. Any ideas what the problem could be?
