Weed killer and frost

Sprayed the garden and driveway with round-up on sunday at around 3ish it then froze heavily that night. Do you reckon this would have had an effect on it's use

Round-up starts working about an hour after it been applied; weeds have to be actively growing for it to work properly. You won’t know for about two weeks, if there is no sign of weeds starting to turn yellow you may need to spray again. For best results use with 2-4-D 120ml in 20lts & round-up bi-active @ 380ml in 20lt.
