    Has anyone ever actually got through to the Dublin Rent's unit office phoneline?
    1800 303 413

    I have tried and tried but NOONE ever answers that damn phone.

    i left my phone ringing continuously for 3hrs and still noone answered it.

    if they lack staff just give dole recipients internships to sit in answer the bloody phones.

    oh btw the wait time in navan road social welfare office for new welfare claims is 8 months..... at least that is how long it took for my claim to get processed.

    YES you read it 8 MONTHS!!!!!! i signed on in April after getting made redundant (with No redundancy pay might i add)
