I have a real problem, I think it may be acid reflux as I have a meal before I go to bed. When I wake up in the morning my stomach is upset, whether I eat or not I get sick even if it nothing really in my stomach. Then I'll have an really upset stomach and no appetite. It's been going on for a good while now. I have lost weight because of it which I can't afford

don't assume your symptoms are down to reflux. you need to go to your doctor and get checked out.
