Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

sorry posted this in wrong sub forum , not sure how to delete , apologies in advance

    Hi ,

Just wondering can anyone recommend a good camera bag not too big and bulky either that will hold a canon 28-300 lens , camera and maybe one other standard lens. I particularly like the slingshot bags but just wondering which one would suffice that wont be too big but will comfortably fit camera and these 2 lenses.
    Thanks

You can't go wrong with Billingham. They are excellent quality. You can check Warehouse Express online. They are expensive but well worth it.

    Hi Scholes,

have a look at the LowePro
    http://products.lowepro.com/product/Apex-140-AW,1903,20.htm
Some pics on this page etc:
    http://www.digitaltoyshop.com/Camera_bag_APEX_140_AW_Lowepro_t1926_5606_1

    Its small but fits my:
EOS 550D with either 18-55 or 55-250mm lens attached no problem.
Which ever lens isnt mounted will fit to either side of the camera
The other side has loads of room for 2 circular filters in cases a battery.
Theres a holder for sd cards in it and several slimlined pockets.
You could possibly fit a small flash in there two?

its basically a shoulder bag small enough for taking a DSLR to a function or something you dont want to take a backpack with you, and still have the option of bringing 2 lenses with you.

    Nick

    Hi scholes,

you could take a look at the Lowepro toploader 75 aw it will take a pro size SLR and large zoom lens and can even hold a flasgun in the external pocket
    http://products.lowepro.com/product/toploader-pro-75-aw,2131,8.htm
or the Think Tank Streetwalker pro which will hold a Body with large lens attached plus extra lens etc, there is also a smaller version the streetwalker which is very nice too.

    hope this helps

I have the smallest Slingshot, the 100 AW, and it holds a fair bit more than what you described:

Very flexible, very tough, very easy to carry when you're walking around
