Roads : Is this suitable material for a Masters Degree.

I am convinced that the N24 should be the priority for an upgrade to Motorway status above any other road in the country. I wonder do any Civil Engineering graduates agree with me. Would this be suitable material to complete to obtain a Masters degree? ;)
