Attic ensuite and stairs

    Currently in a 3 bed terraced house with attic already converted by previous owners. Now thinking of adding permanent staircase and ensuite so that it can be used as a bedroom.we have folding stairs in place now. Wondering how much this could cost .

    On the assumption that its a existing 2 storey house I trust you will have familiariased your self with the relevant regulatory material for loft conversions/access/fire safety that can be found here
