Tramore Playground Closed??

I am just back from an unsucessful visit to the playground in Tramore up at the church. The gate was locked and no notice as to why it was closed or when it will be re-opened. It was 11:45am when we were up there and there was plenty of kids wanting to go into the playground (just after mass)
