Meteor disaster

    I ported to meteor months ago on the 20 euro free credit a month for life scheme. Every single month I've had to ring up to get it, with them telling me each time it has been resolved for the future. I didnt get it this month so I rang this morning to spend a half hour on the phone and then to be hung up on, it's very annoying. Can someone please sort this out once and for all? I realise this is not meteor but hope you can sort the issue for me.
