Going to be a summer of Springsteen. Going to all 5 concerts. Have a wish list of songs I would love to hear. Also I have just booked tickets for Springsteen and I for Monday 22nd.... so excited.

Fantastic - wish I could but going on family holiday. Wish Bruce's peeps would announce tour all in one go and not in dribs and drabs. Enjoy Caroline - Jealous as hell but that's how cookie crumbles. Family holiday booked last Jan

I recommend http://www.greasylake.org/the-circuit for minute by minute setlist updates. It's also a fantastic forum and great resource.
I've been posting on there now for 10+ years.

Please god the weather is good for the Kilkenny gigs. I was in Nowlan Park for the hurling today and it was brilliant there. If the sun is shining then it will be on our backs which is a major plus.

Bruce has no support at gigs, barring festivals or a special event like the weekender.

Why would you say chances are so small? Any chance of devils and dust?

He's played over 200 hundred different songs so far on the Wrecking Ball tour. It is possible, but with so many songs to choose from it is slim. Streets of Philadelphia was played twice, Devils and Dust 3 times and Lucky Town wasn't played at all so far.

That opening double-whammy of Roulette and Lucky Town is awesome.
I handed him a sign for Roulette at the first WOAD gig in the RDS. :D
He didn't play it though. :(

I will be releasing a booking for the Savoy hotel in Limerick for the 15th & 16th July. We had 2 rooms booked as another couple planned on coming but they can't now. Room rate when I booked it was 129 per room B&B per night. I am sure it is a lot more now... Will give them a call at 2pm if anyone is interested.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,166 ✭✭✭carolinespring

I am also releasing a room in Jury's Inn in cork. for the 17th & 18th. Room rate at time of booking was 69 euro. Will be calling them again around 2pm.

I called the Savoy at 2pm and cancelled the room. Give them a buzz and see what the story is.
