Have to say pretty disappointed tonight, was hoping for/expecting full BITUSA or DOTEOT. But that's the way it goes. I have a tic for Kilkenny 2nd night but think I'll give it a miss now. It will probably be more of the same, waiting on a sunny day for 20 mins followed by twist n shout. Don't get me wrong I know people love that stuff but it doesn't do it for me.

I'm hearing varying things as to whether Glory Days was actually played or not.

I think it's a cracking setlist; couple of lovely rare gems in there, would have been great to those who have been to a slew of Boss shows before. That said, I agree that Limerick's setlist was better (for me, at least). That's probably just bias, but getting Born To Run in full made the show for me. Meant I got stuff like Backstreets, She's The One, Night (!!) and Jungleland (my favourite Boss song of all). Add that to American Skin and Drive All Night and, well... perfect.

The lot over at Greasy Lake are in raptures about it though...

I'm going to have to follow the setlist over the next few shows... if he doesn't play Darkness in full at any of them... I might just consider finding a ticket for Kilkenny.

So BITUSA more than likely set for belast.. unless BTR was completely off the cuff for thomond?..
Either way roll on kilkenny night 2 :D
I expect wrecking ball at one of the nights though.

Very disappointing setlist, it felt very flat in the middle and the crowd only picked up in the last hour.
He never played The River, despite the stadium beside the Lee.

I admire your optimism. I would be holding out for a full album of BITUSA or earlier stuff but reckon it will be a greatest hits set. Nothing wrong with that a such and as someone said can't please 'em all.

Anyone looking at the set lists and thinking Thomond was better.... I hate to sound like a twerp but tonight was a real "had to be there gig".

It was Bruce the Joker whilst also digging through the vault. Real World, Prove It All Night, My Love Will Not Let You Down all stellar highlights and all just seemed to be so off the cuff. This was my eighth gig and Tbh, some of the routine has nearly, NEARLY, become tired. Tonight there was no guessing what track was coming next and the atmosphere it led to with a far more invested crowd than Tuesday was incredible.

Even the acoustic Thunder Road seemed entirely last minute and it was just an incredible moment and if it were to be the last memory I have of seeing him live I'd be happy.
