hi guys i have a htc sensation and a little while ago the lock screen froze so cant open any screen,i have tried taking out the battery etc but no luck,any 1 come across this or know how to fix it with out having to bring back to vodafone thanks

ok i googled rooting and my phone is standard never did anything like that to it

ok tried that but it says the phone must be powered off and im unable to even power off the phone

doh take out the battery out and put back in...havin a brain freeze myself

did the factory reset and still the same will bring back to the dopes in vodafone
