Spec me up a cheap one lads

Guys the young lads pc finaly gave up the ghost...It was a hand me down from a hand me down...

He has been saving his pocket money and wants to build a machine(with my help)

What were looking for is just something very simple..
No gaming....so onboard gfx will be fine.

mainly just used for youtube and facebook and music storage...

All we need is :case,cpu,dvd drive,mobo,win7

We have my old 750 watt xcilence psu and his old hdd and I have 4gig of ddr 3ram..

He has budget of about 250e saved up but i will add to that if needed..

It does, yeah. Or rather, it's capable of using the onboard graphics on the CPU.
