Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Nauseating end to RTE's This Week

    Listening to the show today, and it comes to the end where they decided to play a compilation piece of both Michael D Higgins' speech, and the commentary from the win in Estonia. Complete with the Italia 90 soundtrack in the background.

    The presenter's intro described Friday as a day of 'pride and joy', to link both events.

    Given not everybody actually voted for Michael D, I found this deeply unprofessional to link his political event in with a sporting moment, accompanied to triumphalist music.

    Please don't mix sports and political events again, RTE.
