Shanganagh Road / Abberley - Safe Neighbourhood?

    Hi All - we are planning to buy a house in Abberley, Shanganagh Road, Killiney - could anyone please advise if this is a nice and safe neighhourhood please?

    Shanganagh Road is in Ballybrack, not Killiney (as Estate agents would like you to believe), Abberley is across the road from the Achill/Aran council housing Estate, which is one of the better Council estates.

    I'd quite happily live in Abberley, in fact there are some good bargains in that area at the moment.

    Ballybrack village isn't too bad, although you may want to go to the Igo rather than the Ramblers for a pint.
