Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi folks,

Would anybody have contact details to seek permission to display a scan of a print by "Irish Press Photo" please ? I know the Irish Press newspaper is long gone, but I presume copyrights are still owned by either Irish Press PLC or transferred to somebody else...

    Thanks

That would be very helpful thanks. If it makes a difference, the photo is from 1948.

I'm not so sure. Copyright lasts for 50yrs (or maybe 70) after the death of the photographer normally AFAIK. However, in this case the paper owned the copyright so I'm not sure what the terms are...
