    hi guys

    apologies if i simply didn't read the manual properly!

    i received my iphone and sim this morning - what do i do to activate it?

    can you help, or do i call customer care?

    Hi There,

    You just need to put it in the phone and let it connect to the network. Are you looking to port a number over?

    You should have a temp number with that. If you give our CC team a call with the temp number and the number you want to port they can move it over. Also if it was on an o2 bill pay account make sure you have your o2 a/c number handy.
