Microraptor ate birds

    Probably not exclusively, of course; what I mean is that the remains of one were found in a Microraptor's belly:

    A paleontologist says that this is further proof of Microraptor's arboreal habits; I too believe it was arboreal but, that it ate birds is not necessarily proof for that. I mean, house cats catch birds and they dont live in trees all the time.
