It has, but it will never regain the spirit that made it one of Ireland's premier lifestyle destinations.
    Something died that dreadful night.

I just typed dundrum centre into google maps, and here are the results:

    http://maps.google.ie/maps?q=dundrum+centre&hl=en&sll=53.553363,-8.305664&sspn=5.57476,12.744141&vpsrc=0&hq=dundrum+centre&t=h&z=12

maybe this will help those that are lost?

Wasn't that the place that got flooded a few weeks ago? I can report it's all dry now (they opened up pretty quickly after the flooding)

    From the flooding.

Y'know, I used to go to the dundrum bowl in the late eighties, v. early nineties to play videogames, and they closed that due to flooding, twice. I always wondered what would happen to the shopping centre if there was a flood.

The one that was flooded in the recent past.

Its all open again, but the ground floor smells a bit, tiles are destroyed, should have changed them.

Corridors leading to the basement had huge puddles in them, the walls were soaking wet, the lifts hardly worked and the smell was rank. Saw marks and spencer throwing out some amount of food/homeware. Was very unsafe to be down there tbh.

I'd say they'll probably close and refurbish in the new year.. Closing in the run up to Christmas would be financial suicide, would it not?

Was that a joke about dry cleaners because of the flooding or were you actually really ages waiting on a coat you were having dry cleaned there?

Perhaps Dundrum in Co. Down? http://www.dundrum-county-down.co.uk/

Was there at the weekend.. I haven't been there since June
There is a serious bang of damp from Clarkes Shoe Shop.
BT2 were having a 70% off sale downstairs to see off flood damaged goods.

Ya I member those days. *Sigh*
It used to be a bowling alley
then they changed it to video games before ending it with the rollerdome

Flooded every single year, not really surprised it flooded at all tbh
I used to play Street Fighter 2 turbo in there for a long time.

    Great times
