I want to improve my french conversation

    I would like to organise an exchange whereby I would help a french speaker with their english in exchange for them helping me with french. I live in Dublin 6, am in my mid fifties and female. We could meet for coffee and conversation

    Try www.meetup.com -- there's bound to be a group of people who already meet for french-english language exchange, and you might make friends with someone there for a one-to-one exchange. It's free and you just show up.

    Tout d'abord il y a le Petit Journal (le journal des français à Dublin et ailleurs en Irlande) et puis vous avez aussi la possibilité de rentrer en contacte avec l'Asociation des Français et Amis de la France en Irlande.

    Je sais que Le Petit Journal de Dublin as un site sur le web, mais y-a-t'il aussi une copie 'dure'? Leur version numérique est rarement actualisé.

    Moi non plus, je n'ai pas l'impression (pardon the pun) qu'il y en a, mais sur le site de l'Association AFI il y a la rubrique - Clubs - qui pourrait vous intéresser.
    Comme vous pouvez le voir, j'habite en France, pas à Dublin - j'en ai jamais mis les pieds d'ailleurs - il y a un certain temps j'ai suivi le Wicklow Way depuis Glendalough jusqu'à l'Auberge de Jeunesse de Knockree - (l'ancienne pas la nouvelle) et après on est descendu à Bray tremper les pieds dans la mer.
