I have been trying to log on to their site for the last couple of months (approx.) but to no avail.
According to their name registration details, they have the domain name until sometime in 2012. However, maybe they haven't paid for the site and were pulled.

I used the site a lot as it gave more details than an other site of this type. Especially when it came to when a property was first put up for sale.
It was a great site but very often very slow - if you were able to enter it, unfortunately, many times it was overloaded.

Daft have a way that you can "order" your selection by "date of entry". However, many estate agents now don't just renew their adverts, but cancel older ones and enter the property as a "new" property for sale, so daft's date of entry is updated to the new date.
Any other of the sites don't seem to display the "date of entry" (or first entered) so you don't know how long a property has been on the market. With IPW, they listed all the dates for a property - very good and interesting!

    "Come back IrtishPropertyWatch!

I got the impression it was not a commercial site and the owner was doing it as a hobby.
And maybe they simply aren't arsed anymore paying and upkeeping a site of no return to them?

    Nowhere near as useful.

IPW was (is?) the best (although slow) giving lots of info on any house for sale, not just those where the price dropped or increased - and not just those on daft either-

Irish Property Watch is back on-line, Just logged on a few minutes ago.

And it seems to be working faster - possibly because nobody realizes it's on-line again or else they've a better computer or ISP.

    Welcome back IPW!!!!!!
