Horse riding in dublin

    Is there any place in dublin where you can rent a couple of horses and ride around on them in some nice scenery?? im interested in doing this but have no knowledge on it,ive googled horse riding in dublin but not sure which type of place will allow us to take 2 horses and ride around for a couple hours in the nice scenery,not really lookin for lessons or 1 on 1 with instructor,just a ride on some horses

    would anyone also know what kind of price i might be lookin at for such a service,id appreciate any replies

    There is Thornton Park that do treks through the Phoenix Park, out in Bray there is Brennanstown Riding School that do very good treks. Both of these can be reached by public transport.

    Ashton Stables do treks in the Phoenix Park but they wont let you take the horses out by youserlf - insurance nightmare

    Right beside the Ashton Train Station.

    i used to go to them all the time - might time to head back up

    heard kellystown very good,dont go to the paddocks riding centre,very rude staff,the owner being the worst,never met a witch like her!
