Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

use hot water and mix it with the molasses when making the mix.

The colder it gets, the thicker the molasses will get, so warming it would certainly make it easier. Not an easy thing to do though; keeping it in the hotpress may not meet with universal approval :D

We used to mix it with meal by pouring a splash (blob?) of it directly onto the meal in the trough/bucket/tub it was to be eaten from, and giving it a good stir with a strong stick.
Trying to mix up a batch in a big container and then dispensing individual quantities was messy, awkward, and heavy. Far easier to mix 'on site' where it's to be eaten.
