Michael Jackson Charged With Kidnap and Sexual Assault of 10 Year-Old Boy

    Sky News are tweeting it, and here's an article here with some details.
    West Midlands Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has authorised officers from West Midlands Police to charge Michael Jackson, aged 49, from Oldbury, West Midlands with the kidnap and sexual assault of a 10 year-old child in Oldbury on Sunday 13 November 2011.
    Emma Garnett, Senior Crown Prosecutor from West Midlands CPS said:
    “Having carefully examined all of the available information which was submitted to me by the police, I have decided that there is sufficient evidence and it is in the public interest to charge Michael Jackson with one count each of kidnap, false imprisonment, threats to kill and sexual assault.

    “I have also authorised the police to charge him with one further count of child abduction which is in connection with a separate incident involving an 11 year-old child.”

    Mr Jackson will be appearing before Warley Magistrates' Court in the morning, Wednesday 16th November 2011.

    The article states that Michael Jackson has been charged with, among other things, sexual assault, yet it also states the victim was returned to his family uninjured, if he was sexually assaulted then that's hardly uninjured? Poor child.
