Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fruitcakes. Definitely. Some small businesses are struggling to survive as it is.

She's obviously looking for them to pay the first one or two weeks, but is putting the four out there.

Welcome to 24hours ago. Make yourself comfortable, have a drink, but don't get sick.

My prediction: it won't be the straw that breaks the camel's back. Employers will continue to protest and will give anecdotal evidence to argue their case. In roughly 18 months after the legislation is enacted there will be a survey released that will show that rates of absenteeism won't have changed significantly. Employers will still protest saying that there are several flaws in the report. 2 years after the legislation is enacted the whole thing will be forgotten about, the world will keep on turning and businesses will still be in business.
