    Well done, good song with a great chorus that in IMO would appeal to both genders.
    I particularly like the unexpected D chord near the end of each chorus.
    I also like the texture of the voice on the opening 'I' of each chorus, threatening to break, but of course never doing so.
    Careful - with just voice and acoustic - of overplaying the slight American accent on the first verse which might lead some to think that they're about to hear a 'country' song, nothing wrong with country music, I just think that 'Secret Wars' is a great pop song, and I don't use the word pop disparagingly.

    Possibly before your time, but it reminds me of Roddy Frame/Aztec Camera.
    That's what I mean by 'great pop'.
    Good luck to you, for what it's worth, I think you've got something, particularly with 'Secret Wars'.

    Really appreciate that man! Thanks a million for the feedback! I actually recorded that when I was 15, so I'll have to re-record it soon enough and smooth it out a bit!

    By all means 'smooth it out', but keep a few edges!
