I am wondering if been accessed for JSA, what is the limit for personnel savings before you do not qualify, I have just recieved my redundancy after 11mths waiting for it, and at present i am attending at Fas course, When the course ends and if i don't find a job, i will have to sign on again, and wondering about a means…

Anything under 20000 is not assessable. See http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/social_welfare/irish_social_welfare_system/means_test_for_social_welfare_payments/means_test_for_jobseekers_allowance.html#l4570f for information on how they calculate means from capital/savings.
