Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

If they were out in public, no. What "celebrity"?

    Yes, possibly.
Depends on location, permission to video, their signed authority to be filmed on private property... etc
There is a number of factors.
If they were on a public street, it could be whole different ball game.

It depends on their financial situation and history of litigation.

I'm free if you want to post a video of me. I can guarantee I wouldn't sue and would be funnier and drunker than whoever those two people are.

By the way - if you state they are "drunk", you better be able to back it up in a court if they try suing you.
Either that or in the video its SO obvious that its an alcohol related reason for the state they are in.
I've know people (personal friends) to look and behave drunk when in fact their sugar levels have been low and their needed their insulin.
Its a rare thing but its a small factor to be aware of.

As its said in journalistic quarters - the ABC rule: Always Be Covered (legally) if you can help it.

Just suggest in the title that they 'appear' to be drunk
