Southside quays garda this morning

Just going by on the bus and there was about 5/6 garda cars, around 8 garda walking around and an area leading up to temple bar taped off, anyone know what was going on, was just beyond the ha' penny bridge outside the hotel there

one of the guys i work with said there where little cards on the ground,

Think it may have been some sort of shooting perhaps?

Heard on the radio there was a pedestrian knocked down, it mentioned it was non-life threatening, haven't seen anyting online about it yet.
