Outlook Android Sync Help!

    Hi all,

    Im trying to sync a Galaxy S i9000 with outlook. Im trying to move the contacts from the S to outlook, and them Im trying to move them from outlook to an S Plus.

    SD card transfer is out as the SD card slot S is broken, sim transfer is out because one phone is o2 the other is vodaphone. I know it can be done by gmail but the person Im doing it for is being awkward and wants it done through outlook.

    Can anyone help please?!? Im pulling my hair out!
