yip spent last Sat night sunday and monday there supporting/helping friends...Will be there this saturday as well to watch the super heavies...

world champions, the standard is very high, some massive lifts seen, a few from limerick doing well.

GPC Worlds. Some serious lifters coming over. 105's today has been good. Tomorrow for the super heavies...
