Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Some family's seem to be blessed with good looks.

    Some are noted for being bright.

    Others have a particular aptitude for sport or music.

    Mine? I'd say it's longevity. Most of my forbears lived well into old age.

    So, what do you think your family's best feature is?

    things my family have - extremely high IQs, either quite short or quite tall tendencies, and inexplicable good looks. oh and lots of cancer.

    I (so far at least) don't seem to be/have any of those.

    oh and longevity on my dads side, my great granny died at 100, she has 10 surviving offspring, all in their 80s.

    Mothers side live into the Hundreds, I have four uncles on my fathers side that died at an average age of 42!

    Id like to think ill be somewhere in the middle of those two!

    I suppose a lot of members of my family are quite intelligent. There also seems to be a trend of having an interest in healthcare. My mam is a qualified nurse, although she doesn't actually work as a nurse anymore and my brother is studying Physiotherapy in college. I studied Psychology.
