    Will all this work straight out of the box? (They'll build it for me).

    Yes it will, as long as you don't forget your OS :p
    - Should I get a fan?

    If you are going to overclock the CPU (and you should since it's the unlocked model) I wouldn't use the intel fan. Have a look at these models if you don't want one the expensive ones:
    CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus
    Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 PRO CO
    Scythe Yasya

    Have a look at different reviews for each cooler before you choose, also make sure your RAM isn't too high so that it doesn't block your cooler. If you're not sure you could get the low profile corsair dimms instead. The heatsinks on the Vengeance sticks can be taken off anyway.
    - Will I be able to use a HD TV (32") instead of spending 100euro on a monitor?

    If it has a DVI or HDMI port why not? Although you might need a powerful graphics card to reach higher resolutions.
    - Is the GPU Good enough to play the latest games? Would the GTX 550Ti be better for the same price?

    No the HD6870 is better, you should be able to play BF3 on high settings for example although not really at the huge resolution for a 32" sreen.

    Here's a comparison of ATI cards to give you an idea (Nvidia are also there a few pages before)
    - Is the case ok?

    Can't comment on the case but at 25 euro it will probably feel cheap.

    Also the power supply you linked is overkill for your setup unless your planning to go for multiple graphics cards and other devices in the future.

    Yes it will, as long as you add whatever that yoke is for €20 that gets them to build it, and as MakeNine stated you'll need an OS (Windows 7).

    Yes, you should get a cooler. See Nine's post.

    Either card will play games, though at 1080p, you most-likely won't get full settings on all the latest games.

    Better case:

    Yeah, get the Bitfenix while its in stock. Also get this PSU instead:

    I'd probably change the motherboard to this too:

    Yeah, I have an OS on a disc, I'll try the 32" TV first and if that resolution is too big then I'll get a monitor.

    Changed my motherboard and case to the ones suggested above.

    Total cost at the moment is 727 and that includes the 30euro shipping and 20euro build.

    What is the usual length that they take to deliver it? Want it a week or two before Christmas at least so I can make sure everything works, would I be ok waiting until the end of the month and still have it by the middle of December?

    The 32" TV will have the same resolution as a monitor, unless it's only 720p.

    1080p = 1920x1080 = most monitors from 19"-24".
    720p = 1280x720 = netbooks, and very small monitors.

    I think it may be 1080p, not sure to be honest, I bought it second hand for 100euro and it didn't have a box or manuel and all the stickers were removed.

    Also, is there anywhere where I could shave some money off to get a better case? Have a 700euro budget and I've already gone over that by 30euro so can't really spend another 30euro, would I be better off dropping the fan and getting a case around 60euro?

    Ordering tomorrow night so I need to finalize everything asap.

    EDIT #2: I've changed the DVD Drive to this: http://www3.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=46257&agid=699
    I've dropped the fan and added this case: http://www3.hardwareversand.de/articledetail.jsp?aid=27225&agid=631, it has two fans.

    One last question does the dimensions of the DVD Drive and the HDD matter? I would assume it would unless they all have the same dimensions, but will all DVD Drives and HDDs fit in all computers?

    No. They're standardised.

    2.5" for SSDs, 3.5" for HDDs, FDDs and 5.25" for optical disc drives.

    As for your components... You can opt for a 450W Amazon PSU instead of 550W if you'd like to save €10. You'll still have plenty of capacity with 450W.
