Broken bracelet of seiko watch

I have a seiko mens watch that was bought in the US for me about 4 years ago. It is a very special present and would like to get it fixed. The bracelet has broke on it and is missing a piece, could anyone advise me on where to get it repaired?? Thanks in advance
