Can't get internet on 3?

Switched over to 3 today from vodafone. Sim is activated and all that, but can't figure out how to get mms and internet enabled on it? Can anyone tell me how to get this done? I'm using a Galaxy S2 btw. Cheers.

just take sim out and turn off phone and now reserve sim back in and turn on phone.
