Hi Can anyone tell me if you ringing an irish mobile (tesco) in usa on T mobile (usa) from ireland on skype, does the person in the States have to pay any of the charge. thanks

the person in america will pay 1.89 euro per minute to receive your ball.
you should just text them, it's free to recieve texts for them.
