i went in to buy a pair of these in arnotts the other day. the lady said to me if i was planning on doing 50 k a week in these that they wouldnt last me any length and that they would start to tear and break up. i decided not to buy them then. has anyone experienced this with any of the piranhas?

They would wear down a little quicker than some other racing shoes.Really depends wether you want to sacrafice this,another shoe that would wear similar would be the brooks t7 racer.

thanks mate. i think i might invest in a pair of vivo ultras instead, they'll probably last longer
