Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    does anyone know some where near Shankill/Bray area that has kids
    MMA or BJJ classes?

    Ribeiro Jiu Jitsu is based in Monkstown im not sure if they teach kids but you can check contact info etc on facebook:

    Hey Yip, Im nearly sure Legends MMA up in up in Bray does kids mma and other stuff. Stef the head coach up there is fantasic and the gym has a great atmosphere when you walk in. Highly recommend it.

    yeah legends has kids mma from age 6 and up twice a week

    My little of 7 has been training in Legends and he loves it!!! Highly recommend it

    Boxing technique, bit of light sparring, grappling, pad work

    they do mostly the basics no hard slams or anything like that,everythings very light and controlled and alt of them are developing very good technique
