    Hi all,
We moved into our new house and have no signal on our mobile phones. I bought Vodaphone sure signal last Friday but it's not working. I have a 3 network broadband router and have good internet connection with it. I rang Vodaphone and they said its a problem with the router. Can anyone enlighten me? Do I have to do anything with the router? All advice appreciated. Thanks...

Make sure your router is using 3internet as the APN, you need a global IP address for SureSignal to work which the 3internet APN gives you.

Then you may also need to give the SureSignal a static IP on your 3 router and set up port forwarding for certain ports, towards the SureSignal box. Vodafone should be able to tell you what ports, if any, you need to forward. They have a support forum here.

Officially, they only support SureSignal on fixed line broadband, which 3 mobile broadband is not...

Every router appears to need slightly differnet ports opened. Trying this guys advice right now.
