    Hi,

    I can't replace/delete any files via filezilla or filemanager today. Is there anything I can do or check?

    Without knowing where you're doing it etc., I can't give you generic advice I'm afraid

    I'd recommend contacting one of our support team on live chat and they'll be able to assist

    I sent support an email and they got back to me this morning. It looks like I need to change ownership of files to my username before uploading, rather than keep them as root. I still don't understand why it worked before though when I didn't change ownership!
