Sub €200 tablet

    Looking for a tablet for €200 or under.. it must have a capacitive screen.

    It only has 256mb of ram, I'd prefer a bit more (it's in stock in some b&m stores)

    The hanspad is out of stock on misco for a good while now and €250 in cpw.

    Missed out on the HP Touchpad and it's got me "needing" a pad now!

    Any recommend anything? have been looking on ebay, amazon, and around bargain alerts but nothing catches my eye! Would preferably like an sd card slot and usb....

    Mainly going to be used for web browsing and watching videos if I'm travelling I suppose!

    No where near Carlow and can't get there. So anyone got other recommendations for tablets?

    The hannspad in the carphone warehouse is 249 (They have the good 53 model not the older 33 model which has a bad screen - DID has the old model) Misco.ie was selling this for €200 but out of stock a good while back.

    Other than that the Archos 101 in tesco is under €200 but I was warey that it only had 256mb of ram, but maybe this is enough.

    I've been looking the last few months since the original touchpad firesale... and can finally stop. I think i was resigned to hoping the hannspad would fall below €200 in christmas sales!

    This one is on eurdeal today. Opinions? I am looking for one for a teenager. I am in Galway so can get in to town in the morning for the deal in Click. At twice the price though would appreciate the advice, am clueless about these!

    Lot of mobile phones have better processor than the tablet you linked,other than this it looks like a good value to me

    Are you sure the cpw one is the 53 model. I had a look at one on display there yesterday and it was 33 model. They have to order it in, maybe the ordered in unit is a 53. Can anyone confirm? DID don't have any stock.

    Hannspree hanspad fromharvey Norman. The stock settings are nothing special, but there is a big Modding community out there, easily hackable, great resources in androidforums.com
