We did 4 days in Vegas, helicopter tour of Grand Canyon, 4 day / 1200 mile road trip to San Fran via R66 / PCH. Also got in a number of car shows to include SEMA. ;)

I'm not really a drinker so my stag was a long weekend of drifting and drag racing.

Did a bit of Route 66 but just cos the lads wanted to see some of it. I've done 90% of the California and Arizona sections already. Maybe I'll do the whole lot for my next stag:eek:

Saw one this morning with large planks of wood sticking out the passenger window and taped to the wing mirror to stop them flying off every time he hit the breaks. Made for an interesting sight.

    So its not just me!

On the bus and I've seen a fair few... Is it international 6 series day?!

The Cali bit of R66 is pretty much none existent. PCH is breathtaking but if doing it again I would go North > South.

Yeah it was Las Vegas Speedway alright.

There are hundreds of miles of Route 66 in Cali. You can drive the original road almost uninterrupted from the Arizona boarder(Needles) to Pasadena at which point the modern freeways mean lots of sidetracks.

I have a few things up for sale on adverts.

I've had interest from a brand new user with no feedback looking for my phone number and address so he can send his mate to come collect the tyres. (add asks for collection though)

Now, it's not beyond the bounds of possibility that someone could cruise this site, look for particular cars and then make the link to adverts.ie.

Am I being paranoid by not allowing a collection to a new user?

As soon as I replied stating that I'd drop them to him because he's a new user with no feedback he stopped contacting me.

My suspicion radar has been triggered.

All I need is a camera crew and an annoying geezer to sell the car for me.

I can do a photo repair if people want.

    Want.
